Responsibilities Manage personal injury files from intake through settlement, litigation, and resolution. Obtain, organize, and track medical records, bills, and supporting documentation. Prepare demand packages and assist with litigation‑related activities. Maintain accurate case files and ensure critical deadlines are met. Coordinate with attorneys, clients, medical providers, and other stakeholders regarding case progress. Assist with managing the caseload of a senior partner and proactively identify potential issues within files. The Ideal Candidate 2+ years of personal injury paralegal experience preferred. Litigation experience required; plaintiff‑side personal injury or insurance defense backgrounds will be considered. Exceptional attention to detail and strong file management skills. Tech‑savvy and comfortable utilizing legal technology and AI tools. Professional, dependable, and highly organized.
