Conduct client consultations, draft pleadings, and negotiate settlements. Collaborate with medical experts, co-counsel, and support staff to maximize outcomes. Maintain detailed case files and ensure compliance with all legal procedures. Advocate in court as needed, including motions and trial appearances. Qualifications 1+ years personal injury legal experience; 2+ years preferred. Strong litigation, negotiation, and written communication skills. Ability to handle multiple cases independently and efficiently. Licensed to practice in Ohio or eligible to transfer license.
