Kisling, Nestico & Redick is one of the largest personal injury law firms in Ohio We are currently seeking first, second or third year law students for part-time Law Clerk positions at our Columbus location. This position will provide an excellent opportunity for practical legal experience.
Researches relevant case law and statutory precedent to assist in developing solid arguments
Analyzes legal documents and briefs, ensuring accurate statement and depiction of facts, case law, and precedent provided. Prepares, files, and delivers a variety of legal documents including affidavits, petitions, and pleadings.
Drafts and files court documents and supporting papers.
Review and interpret legal documents, including affidavits and sworn testimony

Current second or third year law student
Exceptional research and writing skills
Impeccable command of English grammar and spelling
