As a Personal Injury Attorney at Soroka & Associates, LLC, you'll have a direct impact on clients' lives, championing those injured through no fault of their own. Responsibilities:- Lead and manage personal injury cases from initial consultation to trial, ensuring the best outcomes for clients.
- Collaborate closely with clients, medical experts, and trial consultants to build strong, evidence-based cases.
- Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case strategies and client representation.
- Draft, review, and file legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.
- Negotiate settlements with insurance companies and opposing counsel to achieve favorable resolutions.
- Represent clients in court, presenting cases with clarity and confidence to judges and juries.
- Maintain open and consistent communication with clients, keeping them informed and involved throughout the legal process.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in personal injury law, with a proven track record of successful case outcomes.
- Ability to lead client consultations with empathy, ensuring a clear understanding of their needs.
- Proven ability to develop strategic legal plans tailored to individual client situations.
- Strong collaboration skills, working effectively with medical experts and trial consultants.
- Experience in preparing and filing legal documents with accuracy and compliance.
- Exceptional courtroom advocacy skills, representing clients passionately and persuasively.
- Ability to maintain open, consistent communication with clients, keeping them informed and involved in their case progress.
