Paralegal - Finance

Location: Worthington, OH (in-office)

Bulldog Trial Lawyers is a plaintiff-side employment law firm backed by Corgi, which operates the firm's managed services organization (MSO). While our attorneys focus on delivering outstanding legal representation, Corgi handles the technology, operations, recruiting, finance, and infrastructure that keep the firm running.

We need a paralegal who keeps those cases moving. If you're organized, proactive, and enjoy working in a fast-paced litigation environment, we'd love to meet you.

Manage plaintiff-side employment litigation matters from intake through resolution.

Draft pleadings, discovery requests and responses, subpoenas, and correspondence.

Prepare exhibits, medical records, employment records, and litigation binders.

File documents in Ohio state and federal courts.

Track deadlines and maintain litigation calendars.

Communicate with clients to gather documents and provide case updates.

2+ years of litigation paralegal experience preferred.

Experience with plaintiff-side employment, civil litigation, or personal injury strongly preferred.

Excellent writing and organizational skills.

Strong computer skills and ability to learn new software quickly.

Compensation is flexible based on experience.
