Archer DeveloperThe RSA Archer Developer - Software Senior Engineer (SE) will have a technical developer role with the team responsible for design and development for Internal Audit utilizing RSA Archer. The current use cases include Audit Engagement and Workpapers, Audit Planning & Quality, Control Assurance Program Management, Issues Management and Risk Catalog. In addition to multiple On Demand Applications. This will be a cohesive platform offering end-to-end automation for Internal Audit, in support of annual planning, issue management, resource & time management, system & data integration and producing related reports & dashboards. This SSE will be actively engaged in overall technical design and implementation using RSA Archer 6.x along with other technology and integration tools. The success of the role will require focusing on delivering the solution per requirements with a quick turnaround time without compromise to quality. This role requires a strong ability to work independently to complete development task and work closely with the business team to ensure delivery per requirements and alignment with technology standards and best practices.- 10 – 20 % Meeting - 10 – 20 % Analysis - 60-80 % DevelopmentRequired Skills:- 8+ years of application development experience - 4+ years of experience with Archer 5.2 or above - 5+ years of experience with Archer core solutions - 5+ years of experience with on-demand application development experience in Archer - 3+ years of experience with data feed setups in Archer - 3+ years of Archer experience using calculated fields and data driven events BS/BA degree or higher
