looking for a skilled Maintenance Supervisor to help in maintaining the integrity of our property. We are an established community with 139 units in Fort Walton Beach, FL. Support hiring, training, supervising, and motivating the maintenance staff with guidance from Property Manager Perform inspections of the property and address any maintenance needs Follow up on service requests performed by the maintenance team Demonstrate customer service skills by treating residents, staff, and vendors in a professionally Preventative Maintenance Adhere to all safety policies and procedures High School Diploma or equivalent, college degree is a plus Basic computer knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) Willing to work flexible schedule including weekends Legal authorization to work in the United States RAM Partners, LLC is an equal opportunity employer, and we’re proud to support and celebrate diversity in the workplace.
