Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or a related engineering field OR PMP Certification with at least 10 years of relevant experience. Proven experience in I&C Design Engineering, including the modification and implementation process, calculations, specifications, etc., within power facilities. Minimum of 6 years' experience in the nuclear or power industries as an I&C Engineer or Project Manager. Professional Engineer Licensure is highly preferred. Ability to navigate and comprehend budget and accounting processes. Exceptional organizational, time management, strategic planning, writing, communication, decision‑making, and presentation skills. Proficient communication skills and demonstrated ability to collaborate across disciplines and teams. Familiarity with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Capability to obtain and maintain unescorted access to nuclear sites. Willingness to travel 10‑15% of the time; travel duration will vary based on project and client requirements, ranging from a few days to a few weeks. Compensation Range USD $105,400.00 - USD $170,000.00 /Yr. All applicants must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without any current or future employer sponsorship.
