"Why do we stay? For each other and our residents."- Ivy Park Post Acute Staff

A team that loves each other, and it shows.

Ivy Park Post Acute is a 150-bed skilled nursing and post-acute care facility at 5609 Fifth Ave. in Pittsburgh's Shadyside neighborhood, right on a bus line. Families speak highly of the care their loved ones receive here, and that care comes from a close, tenured team that genuinely has each other's backs.

What makes Ivy Park special isn't just the care we give our residents. It's the care we give each other. Our team covers for each other, celebrates each other, and shows up for each other, on the floor and off. When you join us, you're not just filling a spot on the schedule. You're joining a family that's been waiting to welcome you.

Here's what makes us different:

• A team that stays for each other. Our staff are tight-knit and tenured, and when we asked why they stay, the answer was simple: each other.
• Leaders from within. Our DON was promoted from inside this building, proof that this team invests in its own.
• Strong clinical and rehab teams you can learn from and lean on
• A reputation families trust, built by the people who work here

What We Offer

• $17-$18/hr.

Your Day-to-Day
You'll help care for our residents by planning and participating in enrichment activities. You'll work under the supervision of our Activities Director to ensure compliance with current state, federal, and local standards. You'll do it alongside a close-knit team that truly loves working together.

What You'll Need

• At least 18 years of age
• Ability to work in the evening
• Fun, energetic personality
• Compassion for a vulnerable population

Grow With Us
Dreaming of nursing school or a specialty? Tell us about it! We value helping our staff grow. Our nursing school tuition and loan repayment program is one way we back that up, and our DON is proof of where you can go here. Bring up your goals in your interview.
