Greenway Automotive Group is actively hiring Automotive Sales Consultants to support multiple high-volume dealerships in the Orlando area, including Kia, Hyundai, Dodge, and Ford locations.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Greet customers and assess their needs to guide them through the vehicle selection and buying process
• Conduct test drives and demonstrate vehicle features and benefits
• Build strong relationships and provide an exceptional customer experience
• Assist customers through the full sales process from initial contact to delivery
• Maintain follow-up with clients to ensure satisfaction and generate repeat and referral business
• Stay knowledgeable on current inventory, features, and available options
• Perform additional duties as assigned

 

QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous automotive sales experience required
• Friendly, energetic, and customer-focused attitude
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Ability to build relationships and maintain professionalism under pressure
• Proven work history with a desire for career growth
• Positive, outgoing personality
• Valid driver’s license in good standing
