We are seeking a full-time emergency medicine physician assistant leader to join our team in Framingham, Massachusetts. Candidates must have ED experience to apply. The department has hosted over 14,000 events/activities at their facilities this past year. - 8 and 10-hour shifts
- Work closely with facility medical director
- Interview new candidates
- Create orientation plan for new hires
- Create APC schedule
- Participate in leadership meetings
- Perform annual evaluations with facility medical director
- Assist with recruitment and retention of facility APCs
- Promotes company's mission and values
