Role Description
Ez egy távmunkában végezhető állás. Országos elérésű, nagy terhelésű streaming (VOD és élő TV) platform háttérrendszereinek fejlesztéséhez keresünk dedikált, full-time Backend Team Lead kollégát. A pozíciót betöltő szakember egy 4 fős Senior fejlesztői csapat vezetését látja el egy nagyobb projektcsapat részeként.
- A platform háttérszolgáltatásainak fejlesztése és a csapat szakmai irányítása:
- Csapatvezetés: A 4 fős Senior Backend fejlesztői csapat koordinálása és szakmai vezetésének ellátása.
- Tartalomkatalógus, CMS és Backoffice rendszerek kiszolgálása.
- Authentikáció és Authorizáció: OIDC/SSO alapú rendszerek (Authentik), felhasználói fiókkezelés.
- Tartalom-jogosultságkezelés (Entitlement): Bonyolult tartalomhozzáférési logikák lekezelése.
- Előfizetés és számlázás: Csomagkezelés, fizetési folyamatok, ismétlődő díjak, dunning (sikertelen fizetések kezelése).
- Élő TV / EPG (Műsorújság): Adatmodellezés és nagy teljesítményű adat-kiszolgálás.
- Rendszerintegráció és adatmigráció: Régi rendszerekből az új platformba történő adatátállás tervezése és kivitelezése.
- Értesítések és külső rendszerek integrációja.
- Aktív részvétel a kódolásban.
Qualifications
- Csapatvezetési képesség és tapasztalat: Képesség a 4 fős Senior Backend csapat munkájának összehangolására és szakmai irányítására.
- Technológiai stack:
- Kimagasló TypeScript, Node.js és NestJS tudás (a teljes csapat ezen a stacken dolgozik).
- REST API fejlesztés, OpenAPI contract-first megközelítés a frontend csapatokkal való együttműködéshez.
- Haladó PostgreSQL adatbázis-tervezési ismeretek.
- Event-driven, több szolgáltatásból álló elosztott rendszerek tapasztalata, Message Queue használat (pl. NATS).
- Redis-kompatibilis cache megoldások magabiztos alkalmazása.
- Alapszintű Kubernetes ismeret az üzemeltetési csapattal való hatékony együttműködéshez.
- Claude Code agentic coding gyakorlat (a felületes „vibe coding” a feladatok komplexitása miatt nem elegendő).
- Domain & szakmai tapasztalat:
- OIDC / SSO alapú rendszerek, Authentik ismerete.
- Tartalom-jogosultsági rendszerek építésében szerzett tapasztalat.
- Előfizetői modell, dunning folyamatok, fizetési kapuk integrációs tapasztalata.
- Tapasztalat eseményvezérelt, elosztott rendszerekben.
- Senior szintű fejlesztői háttér.
Requirements
- Streaming / VOD platformok háttérrendszereinek felépítésében szerzett tapasztalat.
- Élő TV / EPG (műsorújság) adatmodellezés és -kiszolgálás.
- Adatmigrációs tapasztalat (régi rendszerből új rendszerbe történő adatátállás tervezése és végrehajtása).
- CMS és Backoffice rendszerek fejlesztésében szerzett tapasztalat.
