This includes, but is not limited to, inspecting guest rooms, overseeing public areas, completing guest requests, communicating with the front desk, interviewing employees, resolving guest complaints, and general office duties. Conduct daily guest room and Casita inspections to ensure cleanliness, presentation, maintenance standards, and brand compliance are consistently met. Perform daily guest corridor and public area inspections, identifying and addressing cleanliness, and appearance concerns. Provide ongoing training, coaching, and performance feedback to Room Attendants to improve productivity, quality standards, and service excellence. Train and mentor Housemen on proper cleaning procedures, floor care, linen handling, public area maintenance, safety practices, and the timely completion of guest requests. Coordinate with Engineering to report work orders, track, and follow up on maintenance issues, guest requests. Plan, organize, and oversee deep cleaning projects; coordinate with Engineering, Front Office and outside contractors to ensure work is completed efficiently, safely, and in accordance with hotel standards. Qualifications Excellent communication skills and basic computer skills A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment.
