Caregiver (West) - Doves Senior Care

Doves Senior Care is committed to providing compassionate, high-quality in-home care that helps seniors live safely and independently. We are looking for caring, reliable, and compassionate Caregivers to join our team and make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients.

As a Caregiver, you will provide companionship and assist clients with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, medication reminders, light housekeeping, and transportation service. You will play an important role in promoting our clients' safety, comfort, and independence. We offer flexible scheduling with both full-time and part-time opportunities.

Caregiver Job Responsibilities:
☆ Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, and meal assistance.
☆ Encourage clients to maintain as much independence as possible while providing compassionate support.
☆ Prepare and serve meals, encourage proper nutrition and hydration, and report any changes in eating habits.
☆ Assist with medication reminders or administration in accordance with company policies and state regulations.
☆ Provide companionship and encourage participation in social and recreational activities.
☆ Maintain accurate documentation of care, observations, medication assistance, incidents, and any changes in the client's condition.
☆ Perform light housekeeping, laundry, and maintain a clean, safe, and organized living environment.
☆ Respond promptly to client needs and emergencies while following established safety procedures.
☆ Foster a positive, respectful, and team-oriented work environment.

Education and Experience:
✓ High School or GED
✓ Must be over 18 years old
✓ Must have a valid driver’s license and provide current Registration and insurance proof.
✓ Must have reliable transportation
