Pick/Pack Associates and Forklift Operators – Medical Supply Warehouse

Kelly® Professional & Industrial is hiring Pick/Pack Associates and Forklift Operators for a medical supply manufacturing warehouse in Forest Park, GA 30297 .

These positions involve picking, packing, receiving, and shipping medical supplies. Multiple departments and shifts are available. Must be willing and able to work in cold-storage environments, including cooler temperatures of approximately 34&degree;F and freezer temperatures as low as -5&degree;F. 

Available Positions and Schedules Pick/Pack Only

• 1st Shift Schedule: 4:00 AM–12:30 PM, Monday–Thursday
• Alternating Fridays and Saturdays: 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
• Pay: $17.00 per hour

• 2nd Shift Schedule: 1:00 PM–9:30 PM, Monday–Thursday
• Alternating Fridays and Saturdays: 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
• Pay for Pick/Pack: $17.00 per hour

• 3rd shift Schedule: 9:30 PM–6:00 AM, Sunday–Thursday
• Pay for Pick/Pack: $18.00 per hour

Pick/Pack Responsibilities

• Pick and pack medical supplies accurately and efficiently
• Prepare products for shipment
• Follow work instructions, quality standards, and safety procedures
• Regularly twist, turn, bend, and move throughout the workday
• Lift items weighing approximately 30–50 pounds throughout the shift

Pick/Pack Qualifications

• No prior experience required
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Must be comfortable working in temperatures of approximately:
  • 34&degree;F in cooler areas
  • -5&degree;F in freezer areas
• Must be able to work the assigned schedule, including alternating Fridays and Saturdays when applicable

Forklift Only

• 1st Shift Schedule: 5:00 AM–1:30 PM, Monday–Friday
• Pay: $18.00 per hour
• Required equipment experience:
  • Raymond Reach Truck
  • Raymond Dock Stocker
  • Raymond Pallet Jack
  • Crown Sit-Down Forklift

Crown – Forklift Operator

• Schedule: Either 7:00 AM–3:00 PM or 8:00 AM–4:00 PM, Monday–Friday
• Pay: $18.00 per hour
• Required equipment experience:
  • Crown Dock Stocker
  • Crown Reach Truck

Stand-up Raymond – Forklift Operator

• Equipment: Stand-up Raymond Reach
• Schedule: Monday–Wednesday, 8:00 AM–6:30 PM
• Alternating Thursdays and Fridays: 8:00 AM–6:30 PM
• Pay: $18.00 per hour

• 2nd shift Schedule: 1:00 PM–9:30 PM, Monday–Thursday
• Alternating Fridays and Saturdays: 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
• Pay: $19.00 per hour

Forklift Operator Requirements

• Previous experience operating the specific equipment required for the assigned department
• Ability to safely operate the required forklift equipment
• Ability to follow warehouse safety procedures and work instructions
• Ability to work the assigned schedule, including alternating days and extended shifts when applicable
• Candidates must be able to verify experience with the specific equipment required for the department

Important: Forklift experience must match the equipment required for the assigned department. Experience operating one type of forklift does not automatically qualify a candidate for every forklift position.
