Job Overview Manager, Product Manager – Small Business Bank Digital Servicing Product Management at Capital One is a dynamic role focused on reimagining the mobile experience for small‑business customers. The position involves defining, building, and accelerating digital experiences within our mobile app, and leading a high‑impact mobile team to deliver efficient and innovative solutions. Responsibilities Reimagine the mobile experience for small‑business customers. Define, build, and accelerate digital experiences in the mobile app that enable quick and well‑managed service delivery. Act as a coach, visionary, and problem solver for the team. Lead a high‑impact mobile team, co‑create a future vision, gain broad stakeholder alignment, and guide cross‑functional teams to deliver exceptional value. Identify and eliminate obstacles that slow down product delivery. Qualifications Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining, a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field), Business, or Marketing. Alternatively, a Bachelor’s degree in any field with at least 3 years of Product Management experience. Demonstrated proficiency in human‑centered design, business focus, technology driving, integrated problem solving, and transformational leadership. Preferred Qualifications Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer‑facing digital products. Background in leading cross‑functional teams to deliver customer‑centric technology solutions. Compensation and Benefits McLean, VA : $164,800 – $188,100 per year New York, NY : $179,700 – $205,100 per year Richmond, VA : $149,800 – $171,000 per year Salary information is specific to the location of the role and is subject to change at the time of hire. The role is also eligible for performance‑based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus or long‑term incentives.
