Owning the strategy and execution of global demand generation, the full-time Senior Demand Generation Specialist will develop and manage integrated marketing campaigns across digital, email, webinars, and paid media channels, ensuring consistent performance and pipeline contribution in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Develop and execute global demand generation campaigns aligned with marketing strategy to achieve revenue and pipeline goals across multiple regions Lead campaign deliverables across the marketing funnel, managing timelines and workflows to create a predictable demand engine Monitor and optimize key performance indicators to ensure exceptional ROI and contribute to quarterly demand generation goals Required qualifications Undergraduate degree and 5+ years of related professional experience Proven track record of successful multi-channel demand generation campaigns resulting in measurable lead and pipeline growth Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including inbound and outbound tactics Experience leading demand generation programs across multiple regions with accountability for strategy and execution Proficient in Salesforce and familiar with marketing automation platforms like Marketo
