Position Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced Program Manager with 10+ years of expertise in managing large-scale, complex programs. The ideal candidate will bring a proven track record of delivering successful outcomes through strategic planning, stakeholder alignment, and cross-functional leadership. This role requires exceptional organizational, communication, and leadership skills to oversee multiple projects within a program, ensuring they align with business objectives and deliver maximum value.


Key Responsibilities

Program Leadership & Governance

• Define, establish, and maintain program governance frameworks, processes, and tools to ensure consistency and accountability.
• Drive program-level planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting.
• Ensure alignment of program objectives with organizational strategy.

Strategic Planning & Execution

• Develop program roadmaps, schedules, and resource plans.
• Manage dependencies, risks, and issues across projects.
• Drive delivery excellence by monitoring progress and ensuring milestones are met on time and within budget.

Stakeholder Engagement

• Act as the primary point of contact for program stakeholders.
• Facilitate effective communication across executive leadership, business units, and technical teams.
• Prepare and deliver program status reports, dashboards, and executive updates.

Financial & Resource Management

• Oversee program budgets, forecasts, and financial performance.
• Ensure efficient allocation and utilization of resources across projects.
• Support resource planning and workforce management efforts.

Quality & Risk Management

• Establish quality standards and ensure compliance across all projects.
• Identify and mitigate risks proactively, escalating when necessary.
• Implement continuous improvement practices to optimize program delivery.

Team Leadership & Development

• Provide guidance and mentorship to project managers and cross-functional team members.
• Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and innovation.
• Encourage professional growth and knowledge sharing within the team.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
• Experience: 10+ years of progressive experience in program/project management, with demonstrated success leading enterprise-scale initiatives.
• Industry Knowledge: Healthcare payor experience required.
• Background: Consulting experience in a large or mid-sized firm required.
• Certifications (preferred): PMP, PgMP, SAFe, or equivalent program management credentials.
• Strong knowledge of program management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with competing priorities.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven track record in financial management, risk mitigation, and change management.
