Job ID: SRJ_7886Posted: 2025-11-12Location: Louisville, KYSalary: USD 115-120 / Yearly (Full Time)Employment Type: Full TimeIndustry: Computer SoftwareClient: WiproContact: Meghana GorusuCompany: SRI Tech SolutionsTitle:RPA AA LeadMode - RecruitLocation: Louisville, KY ( Onsite)Must Have skillset: RPA AA Development and implementation, RPA AA CertificationRoles and Responsibilities:• Responsible for the design, development, deployment, and ongoing support of RPA technology-enabled solutions• Support the organizational RPA strategy by being a key voice in the assessment and prioritization of RPA opportunities through evaluation and understanding of business processes and potential benefits• Design and configure new RPA processes and objects in the RPA tool (Automation Anywhere) by adopting design principles that drive high reusability, maintainability, and scalability.• Taking business requirements, current and future state process designs and translating them into robotic solution using core workflow principles that are efficient, well structured, maintainable and easy to understand.• Work within project planning constraints, communicating any identified project risks and issues to the Tech Lead/project manager accordingly and providing inputs to the change control process.• Collaborate with business and stakeholders to identify ways to improve existing processes and design new processes, including how to implement technology solutions to help streamline organizational needs.• Lead test case development and unit testing for a variety of automations; support internal and external stakeholders during the User Acceptance Testing phase of projects.• Provide technical support, including the use of scripting and coding to develop and resolve automation issues.• Working within project planning constraints, communicate project risks and issues to internal and external stakeholders accordingly and provide inputs to the project management process.Skills and Experience You Will Need:• Required Automation Anywhere Master or Advanced Level certifications• 5+ years of RPA development and implementation experience• 3+ years with Automation Anywhere experience and expertise• 3+ years with testing, staging, and deploying the automation solution into test and live environments and providing post-production support.• 3+ years partnering with business stakeholders, gathering business requirements, and designing solutions.• 2+ years in scripting and languages such as JavaScript, VBScript, or Python• AA with database (SQL) or AA with Dot net.• Experience of working within an agile, continuous integration environment.• Ability to understand the business process and create process flow diagrams.• Good understanding of Process Design documents, technical design documents within the automation space.SRI Tech Solutions is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, gender, religion, age, sexual orientation, national origin or citizenship status or ethnic origin, disability, marital status, veteran status, or any other occupationally irrelevant criteria.
