Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments for clients, integrating personal history, current issues, and risk factors to formulate effective treatment plans.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment strategies based on best practices, addressing mental health challenges and facilitating integration into daily life.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and trauma-informed care to deliver effective treatment.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions to encourage personal growth, emotional resilience, and the adoption of coping strategies among clients.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals—such as psychiatrists, psychologists, and nurses—to coordinate comprehensive care, ensuring clients receive wraparound support.

• Respond to crisis situations, providing immediate mental health support and interventions as needed.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role will primarily focus on diverse client demographics, including adolescents and adults, presenting a wide range of mental health issues. Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid LCSW licensure in the state of Arizona.

• Minimum of two years of clinical experience post-licensure, preferably in mental health or social services.

• Strong grasp of various mental health disorders, therapeutic practices, and trauma-informed approaches.

• Ability to conduct comprehensive mental health evaluations, create accurate diagnoses, and implement appropriate treatment plans.

• Exceptional crisis intervention capabilities, maintaining professionalism and calmness under pressure.

• Effective interpersonal skills that demonstrate empathy and understanding, allowing you to build rapport with clients from various backgrounds.

• Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems and strong computer skills for documentation and communication.

Compensation and Benefits\n

HealthPro offers a competitive annual salary range of USD 80,000 – 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
