Project Manager/Estimator | $75k-$85k/yearly Monday-Friday (Friday's half days) Are you a "pivot pro" in the construction world? A South Sioux area company is seeking a dual-threat Project Manager/Estimator to join their team. This role is for the professional who enjoys the thrill of the "win" during the bidding process and the satisfaction of seeing a project through to the final walk through. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same, and you’re looking for meaningful work that leaves a lasting mark, this is your next move. Responsibilities: Conduct preciseprojectrevenue and cost forecasting for company profitability. Lead estimating efforts and ensure a consistent bid-to-build process. Coordinate with key stakeholders to manage resources effectively to meetprojectdeadlines. Develop comprehensiveprojectplans and foster strong client relationships. Maintain databases and negotiate terms with vendors. Requirements: Preference for an industry-related degree or equivalent experience. Proficiency in MS Office, scheduling, estimating, Bluebeam Revu software, and industry practices. 15+ years of construction experience, including 5+ years in estimating. Strong leadership, conflict resolution, and construction knowledge essential. Compensation & Pay: Competitive salary and bonus structure based on performance and longevity.
