A travel night shift pharmacist opportunity is available in Norfolk, NE, starting as soon as possible. This contract position spans 13 weeks or more and offers the chance to work in a dynamic pharmacy environment. The schedule includes working seven consecutive nights followed by seven days off (Wednesday through Tuesday), with shift hours from 8:00 pm to 7:00 am.

Responsibilities include:

• Accurately dispensing prescription medications and verifying prescriptions
• Monitoring patient medication profiles for potential drug interactions
• Collaborating with healthcare providers to optimize patient care
• Managing medication inventory and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards
• Utilizing EPIC and Pyxis systems to maintain accurate records and support medication administration

Desired Qualifications and Experience:

• Licensed pharmacist with a valid state pharmacy license
• Previous experience with EPIC electronic medical records and Pyxis medication dispensing systems
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
• Ability to work independently during night shift hours
