Select Rehabilitation Hospital of Denton is seeking a Clinical Liaison (RN, OT, PT, or SLP) to lead relationships with hospital case managers, physicians and clinicians. You will assess patients at referring hospitals, coordinate admissions to our rehab facility, and drive referral growth through education and collaboration.
