Hello and welcome to CSUSA Security. We are looking for a new COO, who has at least 7-10 years of experience in the security guard industry and at least 5-10 operating at near or as a COO in the security field, must have full experience and knowledge of compliance, please no apply if you do NOT meet this criteria, you will not be considered.

The Chief of Operations plays a critical role in driving the strategic and operational success of the organization. This role involves leading the operations, project management, and cross-functional teams to ensure efficient processes, optimal resource allocation, and strong compliance adherence. The ideal candidate will focus on improving operational efficiency, financial performance, and employee satisfaction while managing risks and maintaining alignment across departments. Occasional travel may be required to support these objectives.

Our expectation is if you are chosen to have you up and rolling quickly due to your experience, we have high expectations for the COO position.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic plans to enhance overall operations
• Manage daily operations and oversee project management teams
• Lead and mentor cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals
• Oversee budget preparation and ensure financial performance targets are met
• Identify and implement process improvements to drive efficiency
• Monitor operational performance against key performance indicators
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
• Coordinate resources and activities across departments
• Assess and manage operational risks effectively

Preferred Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Security operations management
• 5+ Years in BSIS and other states Compliance
• 7-10 Years in Security Guard management
• Experience with security guard softwares
• Quickbooks experience a +
• 5+ Years in HR experience in the security guard industry
• Master’s degree in Business Administration or related field
• Qualified manager with expertise in operations management
• Strong skills in strategic planning and budget management
• Proven leadership and process improvement capabilities
• Experience with risk management and compliance enforcement
• Excellent communication, problem solving, and decision-making skills
