Military Account Manager

Managing day-to-day relationships with VA Medical Centers and TRICARE-covered service members, the full-time Military Account Manager will serve as the primary contact for referral coordination and access to mental health services, working remotely to support Veterans and their families. Key responsibilities Manage relationships with VAMC Community Care staff and MTF clinic coordinators, ensuring effective referral coordination and addressing account needs Support Veterans and active duty families in accessing mental health services, resolving scheduling and onboarding barriers in collaboration with internal teams Track referral activity and account health, escalating issues to senior management and maintaining accurate records in Salesforce Required qualifications 4-6 years of experience in account management, client success, or a client-facing coordination role 2+ years of experience working with the Department of Veterans Affairs or TRICARE programs Strong relationship-building skills with experience in government and military environments Organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple accounts effectively Experience with CRM tools, preferably Salesforce, in fast-paced environments
