Evolution is hiring On-Camera Casino Dealers at our Atlantic City studio. You'll deal real table games — Blackjack, Roulette, Baccarat — live on camera while players join online from around the world.

No casino experience? No problem. No table games experience? We train you.

This is not a casino floor job. No smoke. No physical players. No cash handling. You'll work in a modern professional studio with cameras, lights, game tables, and a full team around you.

As an On-Camera Casino Dealer, you are the face of the game.

You'll sit at a live studio table, deal real casino games, speak clearly on camera, and create a professional, engaging experience for online players worldwide.

This is not a casino floor. No smoke. No chips on a crowded floor. No physical players at your table. No cash handling.

Think: live table games dealer + on-camera host + customer service professional — all in one role.

No previous casino or dealing experience required. We teach you everything through paid training at Evolution Academy — two weeks of paid, hands-on dealer training before you ever go live.

What You'll Do

• Deal and host live table games on camera — Blackjack, Roulette, Baccarat, and more
• Speak to online players in a friendly, professional, entertainment-focused way
• Follow game procedures and studio standards with accuracy and consistency
• Keep the game moving smoothly and engagingly every shift
• Bring a confident, positive presence to every shift
• Complete paid dealer training through Evolution Academy

We Offer

• $17–$18/hr guaranteed starting pay (base + tips)
• Starting at $7/hr base + $10/hr guaranteed tip rate = $17/hr total
• After 3 months: base increases to $8/hr + $10/hr tips = $18/hr guaranteed

Current Openings — Full Time

• Day, evening, and overnight shifts available
• Rotate between day, evening, and overnight based on schedule
• Consistent schedule — same shift, same days every week
• Weekend availability required

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Must be able to obtain a NJ Gaming License
• Customer service or hospitality experience preferred
• Strong communication skills
• Comfortable being on camera
• Reliable and professional

Physical Requirements

• Comfortable working on camera under professional studio lighting
• Comfortable sitting or standing for the duration of the shift based on game assignment
• Able to follow game procedures and studio standards
• Able to work assigned shifts including evenings, weekends, or overnights depending on schedule
• Must be able to obtain and maintain required gaming license
