Head of Finance - Private Credit (PR/602169) Dallas, Texas Head of Finance - Private Credit Responsibilities: Lead the fund finance function for a growing private credit platform. Oversee fund operations, financial reporting, treasury, and administrator relationships. Provide oversight of accounting, audits, valuations, and investor reporting. Partner with senior leadership on strategic initiatives, new products, and platform growth. Drive process improvements, controls, and operating efficiencies. Support liquidity management, fund structuring, and key business decisions. Head of Finance - Private Credit Qualifications: CPA required. 15+ years of fund finance, fund accounting, or fund operations experience. Strong private credit or alternative asset management background. Deep understanding of fund accounting, investor reporting, valuations, and audits. Experience overseeing third-party administrators and external service providers. Proven leadership experience managing and developing finance teams.
