Restaurant & Culinary Manager ( Casual )

Our client is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager / Culinary Manager to oversee the daily operations of a high-volume, full-service, casual hotel restaurant and bar. This role is responsible for leading FOH operations, supporting food and beverage service, driving financial performance, and creating an exceptional guest experience in a fast-paced hospitality environment: RESPONSIBILITIES Lead daily restaurant and bar operations. Coach, train, and develop team members. Hire, schedule, and supervise staff. Deliver outstanding guest experiences. Resolve guest concerns professionally. Manage labor, food, and beverage costs. Oversee inventory and purchasing. Maintain food safety and sanitation standards. Partner with the culinary team on service execution. Support banquets and special events. Monitor financial and operational performance. Maintain a clean, organized operation. QUALIFICATIONS 2+ years as a Restaurant Manager in casual dining. 1+ year managing bar operations. Experience managing $2M+ annual sales. Strong leadership and coaching abilities. Experience with scheduling, labor, and cost controls. Excellent guest service and communication skills. Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Hotel restaurant or hospitality experience. Experience managing private dining, banquet, or event operations. Alcohol service certification and food safety certification (or ability to obtain upon hire).
