VIP Marketing & Guest Experience Coordinator

Presque Isle Downs, Inc.

A premier entertainment venue in New Orleans is seeking a customer service representative to improve guest relations and implement promotions. You will market the property to new guests, monitor VIP play, and ensure a top-tier experience. Ideal candidates will have 1-2 years of customer service experience and the ability to obtain a gaming license.
