It powers critical money movement workflows triggered by changes across the business: promotions, timecards, benefits updates, expense reimbursements, and more. The stakes are high: the system must operate flawlessly while complying with regulations across all 50 U.S. states and multiple countries. We’re looking for a seasoned product leader to help scale Rippling’s Global Payroll platform for international enterprise customers, including building the next generation of intelligent and agentic payroll workflows. What you will do Design intuitive product experiences that simplify complex payroll and enterprise workflows. Define and build agentic payroll capabilities powered by AI. Partner closely with engineering and design to develop scalable platform capabilities that unlock value across multiple use cases. Work directly with customers to deeply understand operational pain points and identify high-impact opportunities. Collaborate cross-functionally with teams across Payments, HRIS, Benefits, Time, Spend, Compliance, and other product areas to deliver major platform enhancements. Drive product strategy and execution for systems that require high reliability, compliance, and scalability. What you will need 6+ years of product management experience, or equivalent founder experience. Strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with a strong bias toward action. Track record of turning complex systems into simple, elegant user experiences. Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills. Ability to motivate and align cross-functional teams around ambitious goals. Deep customer empathy and strong product judgment.
