Role Description:Key ResponsibilitiesTest Leadership & Governance Define and drive the overall SAP testing strategy and test approach. Lead System Testing (ST), System Integration Testing (SIT), End-to-End (E2E), Regression Testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Establish test governance, quality gates, entry/exit criteria, and reporting mechanisms. Own test planning, effort estimation, execution tracking, and risk management. Drive test status reviews with business and project stakeholders.SAP Functional Leadership Provide testing leadership across SAP MM and SAP SD processes. Review business requirements, functional specifications, and solution designs. Ensure comprehensive test coverage across Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes. Validate integration points between SAP and connected applications.Stakeholder Management Act as the primary point of contact for testing-related activities. Collaborate with Business Users, Product Owners, Functional Consultants, Development Teams, and Program Leadership. Facilitate defect triage meetings and quality reviews. Provide executive-level status reporting and quality metrics.Defect & Risk Management Drive defect lifecycle management. Monitor defect leakage and resolution timelines. Identify project risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans. Ensure testing deliverables meet quality standards.Team Leadership Lead and mentor functional testers and test analysts. Coordinate testing activities across multiple teams and workstreams. Ensure adherence to testing processes and best practices. Support capability development and knowledge transition initiatives.________________________________________

Essential Skills:We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA Test Lead with strong functional expertise in SAP MM (Materials Management) and SAP SD (Sales & Distribution) to lead testing activities across SAP S/4HANA implementation, migration, enhancement, and transformation programs. The role involves owning the overall test strategy, planning, execution governance, stakeholder management, defect management, and quality assurance across multiple workstreams.
