Job Description: BMC Helix CMDB & Discovery AnalystLocation: SwedenExperience: 8 10 years________________________________________Role Overview:The BMC Helix CMDB & Discovery Analyst will play a critical role in the development, maintenance, and enhancement of integration solutions delivered as part of the BMC Platform. Analyst will be responsible for analyzing and improving IT service management processes to ensure efficient and effective delivery of IT services. The position involves working closely with customer business requirements. Managing Incident, Problem, Change and conducting root cause analysis to ensure alignment with business objectives by collaborating with various IT teams.________________________________________Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain integrations from various sources to BMC CMDB. Manage production systems by resolving incidents, performing root cause analysis, and implementing corrective actions. Ensure continuous monitoring the data sync from Discovery and other data sources to BMC Helix CMDB . Troubleshoot the Data level issues in BMC Helix CMDB. Develop and troubleshoot CMDB reconciliation and normalization jobs Develop the AI jobs using Atrium Integrator Spoon for Bulk data imports. Perform admin activities including data load, Performing a manual reconciliation Good knowledge in SQL Quires. Good knowledge in CMDB Dynamic Service Modeling Troubleshoot the CMDB Data sync issue from Discovery. Basic administrative knowledge of Discovery products like BMC Discovery, ServiceNow Discovery Good working experience in BMC Helix modules. Good knowledge in Helix Dashboard, SmartIT and DWP.________________________________________Required Skills and Qualifications: Minimum 4-6 years of proven experience in IT service management or a related IT role. ITIL Foundation certification Strong understanding of ITIL best practices and frameworks. Ability to analyze data and metrics to identify trends, issues, and areas for improvement. Strong problem-solving abilities to conduct root cause analysis and implement effective solutions. Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with stakeholders at all levels. Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously. Keen attention to detail to ensure accurate documentation and compliance with ITSM processesNeed resource who can join immediately in Stockholm
