Automation Technician

Perks: Shift : 10:30pm - 7:00am (Mon - Fri) Weekly paycheck Pay: $24.00 - $ 28.00 Access to Adecco's Aspire Academy with thousands of free upskilling courses Responsibilities: • Maintains a safe work environment by following standards and procedures, aligning with legal regulations. • Identifies, documents, and implements opportunities for continuous improvement. • Perform immediate and preventative maintenance for manufacturing production equipment • Engages the Maintenance and Engineering team to challenge the status quo to make continuous operational improvements. • Collaborate with all appropriate departments/staff in progress updates, problem analysis, and corrective action recommendations. • Work with Molding, Scheduling and Production Manager on prioritizing machine repair scheduling. • Work closely with robotics, vision systems, ultrasonic welding, and off set & inkjet printing to produce finished assemblies Requirements: Strong troubleshooting skills across mechanical, electrical, and automated systems Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, P&IDs, and equipment documentation Knowledge of GMP, ISO standards, and regulatory requirements in manufacturing environments Expertise using precision measurement tools and test equipment Proficiency with Microsoft Office and manufacturing software systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) Strong analytical and problem solving capabilities Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively This role is being recruited for by one of our Centralized Delivery Team and not your local Branch.
