Job Title: Material Handler / Forklift Operator
Location: Salisbury, NC
Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $18.86 per hour
Shift: 2nd Shift – 3:30 PM – 12:00 AM, plus overtime as needed
Job Type: Temporary / Temp-to-Hire Opportunity

Job Summary:
We are currently hiring for a Material Handler / Forklift Operator position in Salisbury, NC. This role requires prior forklift experience and the ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse or production environment. The ideal candidate will be dependable, safety-focused, and comfortable performing both forklift and general material handling duties throughout the shift.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate a forklift safely to move materials, products, and supplies throughout the facility
• Load, unload, stage, and organize materials as needed
• Assist with general warehouse and production support tasks
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies
• Stand, walk, bend, stoop, and lift throughout the shift
• Lift up to 35 lbs as needed

Requirements:

• Must have previous forklift experience
• Must be able to work 2nd shift, 3:30 PM – 12:00 AM, plus overtime as needed
• Must be dependable and report to work as scheduled
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and lift up to 35 lbs
• Warehouse, production, or material handling experience preferred
• Must be safety-minded and able to follow instructions
