Production Operators – $18–$18.60/hr | Weekly Pay | No Weekends

We are hiring dependable, hardworking individuals for Production Operator roles in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This is an entry-level opportunity with long-term potential for candidates who show up on time and are ready to work.

What You’ll Do:

• Assembly line work coating and finishing panels
• Repetitive, fast-paced tasks
• Standing for full 8-hour shifts
• Meeting daily production goals as part of a team

Schedule : 

• 2nd Shift: 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM

What We Need

• Strong attendance and punctuality
• Physically able to stand, lift up to 50 lbs, and keep pace
• Team-oriented with a strong work ethic
• Comfortable in a non-climate-controlled environment
• Motivated to meet production goals consistently
