This position will be located on site in St. Augustine, FL.Role Description & Responsibilities:Maintenance Technician Level 4 is responsible for ensuring Northrup Grumman Facility Maintenance initiatives and production goals are achieved. Areas of responsibility and expectations include but are not limited to:Performing mechanical and electrical troubleshooting, root cause analysis and implementing sustaining action on facility and production assetsPerform preventative, predictive and service maintenance on facility and production assets. CNC, boilers, fiber placement, automation, conduction, HVAC, air compressors/dryers, gas, hydraulic, bridge Cranes/jibs, plumbing, chillers, building systemsSelf-motivated and reliableTeam oriented and process drivenBasic Qualifications for Maintenance Technician Level 3:High School diploma or equivalent and 6 years of Facilities MaintenanceComputer (including Microsoft office), math, analytical, and planning skillsCMMS knowledgeMust be able to obtain a DoD Secret level clearance and SAP clearancePreferred Skills and Qualifications:Technical certification or degree with 6+ years of experience working in the manufacturing industry as a multi-craft technicianElectrician: Must be proficient and knowledgeable in 3-phase and single-phase power distribution, motor controls, wiring and troubleshooting of such systemsWorking knowledge of HVAC maintenanceWorking knowledge of controls and logicRO systemsWe offer flexible work arrangements, phenomenal learning opportunities, exposure to a wide variety of projects and customers, and a very friendly team environment. We also offer exceptional benefits/healthcare, a 4/10 schedule, and a great 401K matching program.Primary Level Salary Range: $78,600.00 - $118,000.00The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
