We're hiring Journeyman and Apprentice Electricians for a large-scale data center construction project in Memphis, TN. Compensation & Schedule

• $30-$60/hour based on experience
• $160/day per diem paid all 7 days

What You'll Be Doing

• Install conduit, cable tray, underground duct bank, cable, and wire
• Perform 415V and 480V electrical installations and terminations
• Install and assist with commissioning switchgear, busway, PDU/UPS systems, and power distribution equipment
• Read and interpret blueprints, one-line diagrams, electrical schematics, and construction drawings
• Support startup, testing, and energization activities
• Follow NFPA 70E standards and Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures
• Utilize multimeters, meggers, ammeters, and other electrical testing equipment
• Support industrial and data center construction projects

Qualifications

• 5+ years of industrial, commercial, or data center electrical construction experience preferred
• Experience installing conduit, cable tray, wire, and electrical distribution systems
• Ability to read and interpret electrical prints, schematics, and construction documents
• Experience with electrical terminations and power distribution equipment
• Knowledge of NFPA 70E and Lockout/Tagout procedures
• Ability and willingness to travel extensively
• Comfortable working outdoors, at heights, and in active construction environments
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a strong plus

Preferred Experience

• State Journeyman Electrician License
• Data center construction experience
• Medium-voltage experience
• Experience with switchgear, busway, PDU/UPS systems, and grounding installations

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Southaven, MS.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $60.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
