The ideal candidate will have extensive experience advising clients on electric power regulatory matters and administrative litigation before FERC. Responsibilities Advise clients on electric power regulatory matters. Engage in administrative litigation before FERC. Collaborate with experienced lawyers for mentoring and guidance. Assume increasing levels of responsibility and client contact. Requirements Six to nine years of relevant experience. Strong legal drafting and research skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent communication skills. Commitment to high-quality client service. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree required. Certifications Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction. Skills Strong legal writing and academic credentials. Self-starter with the ability to take ownership of matters. Proficient in client engagement and collaboration.
