Job Title: IT Security Analyst I
Job Duration: 6 months on W2
Job Location:Pittsburgh PA
Position is currently: Hybrid 3 days a week

Job Description : We are ideally looking for candidates with at least a Bachelor's degree
The candidates, at minimum, need to have experience and competency with Active Directory, ideally beyond helpdesk-type functions like password resets.

We’re seeking a detail-oriented and security-conscious IAM Analyst to join our cybersecurity team. This role plays a critical part in safeguarding enterprise systems and sensitive data by ensuring that appropriate access is granted to users across the organization. You’ll manage identity lifecycle processes, enforce access policies, and support compliance initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Administer user access rights and roles across enterprise systems and applications
• Implement and manage provisioning/de-provisioning procedures for internal and external users
• Monitor access activity and conduct periodic access reviews and audits
• Identify and remediate access control vulnerabilities or policy violations
• Collaborate with IT and HR for seamless identity lifecycle management
• Support Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and Privileged Access Management (PAM) systems
• Document and maintain IAM processes, standards, and knowledge base articles
• Respond to internal access-related service requests and incidents in a timely manner
• Contribute to compliance efforts (e.g., SOX, GDPR, HIPAA) by supporting identity governance

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Familiarity with IAM tools such as SailPoint, Okta, Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure AD), or similar
• Experience with scripting and automation (e.g., PowerShell, Python) is a plus
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• High level of integrity and commitment to confidentiality
