You will focus solely on closing deals, not hunting for business.
We are seeking experienced, licensed Mortgage Loan Officers for our Headquarters in Southfield.
Our dedicated team of appointment setters transfers live leads directly to your desk daily.
This is a full-time, inside sales role requiring a proven track record of closing residential and/or commercial loans.

Key Responsibilities
- Receive live-transfer leads from appointment setters and immediately build rapport.
- Evaluate borrower financial profiles and recommend suitable residential mortgage products.
- Multiple lead sources provided - Inbound, transfers, outbound
- Guide clients seamlessly through the initial application and pre-approval process.
- Collaborate with processing and underwriting teams to ensure timely loan closures.
- Maintain a high closing ratio while delivering exceptional customer service.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience originating residential mortgage loans.
- Active NMLS license in good standing.
- Proven success in a call center or high-volume inside sales environment.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency with standard mortgage industry software.
