Senior Solutions Consultant [Remote]

This role serves as a strategic partner throughout complex enterprise sales cycles, combining technical expertise, commercial understanding, and strong communication skills.
You will work closely with Sales and prospective customers to uncover business challenges, objectives, and requirements.
The position focuses on designing tailored solutions that connect technology capabilities with meaningful business outcomes.
You will lead solution presentations, product demonstrations, workshops, and value-based conversations with diverse stakeholders.
Through compelling storytelling, you will translate complex technical and functional concepts into clear, customer-focused messaging.
The role offers significant influence across high-value opportunities and requires the ability to navigate complex transformation initiatives.
You will help customers understand potential business impact and return on investment while contributing directly to successful enterprise growth.

Accountabilities:

• Partner closely with Sales teams to develop winning strategies and compelling approaches for complex enterprise opportunities.
• Engage directly with customers and prospective clients to understand their business challenges, strategic objectives, operational requirements, and desired outcomes.
• Analyze customer needs and design innovative, tailored solutions that align business requirements with available technology capabilities.
• Lead solution presentations, demonstrations, discovery sessions, and interactive workshops throughout the sales cycle.
• Translate complex technical and functional concepts into clear, accessible, and business-focused messaging for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Apply storytelling and value-based selling techniques to communicate the potential business impact, value, and return on investment of proposed solutions.
• Support complex enterprise sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders, ensuring solution strategies remain aligned with customer priorities and commercial objectives.
• Collaborate with internal Sales and other relevant teams to develop solution proposals and strengthen the overall customer engagement strategy.
• Build credibility and trust with customer stakeholders by acting as a knowledgeable advisor and connecting their business challenges with practical technology solutions.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of solution consulting approaches, demonstrations, presentations, and value propositions.

Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience in Solutions Consulting, Pre-Sales, Sales Engineering, Technical Consulting, or a comparable customer-facing role within enterprise software or SaaS.
• Proven experience supporting complex enterprise sales cycles, particularly opportunities involving multiple stakeholders, significant technology adoption, or business transformation.
• Strong ability to understand customer business challenges and translate them into effective, scalable technology solutions.
• Demonstrated experience designing and presenting tailored solution proposals, product demonstrations, workshops, and other customer-facing materials.
• Strong commercial awareness and the ability to connect technical capabilities with measurable business outcomes and customer value.
• Excellent presentation, storytelling, communication, discovery, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to explain complex technical and functional concepts clearly to audiences with varying levels of technical expertise.
• Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and consultative selling capabilities.
• Fluent Spanish and/or Portuguese.
• Experience selling enterprise SaaS solutions to manufacturing, automotive, distribution, or other asset-intensive industries is preferred.
• Knowledge of aftermarket operations, service management, parts management, pricing, inventory, or supply chain processes is preferred.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with Sales, customers, and cross-functional internal teams throughout complex sales engagements.
