Senior Solutions Consultant

To support complex sales opportunities within the Construction ERP division, the full-time remote Senior Solutions Consultant will engage with senior stakeholders, lead strategic discovery, and design innovative software demonstrations that align customer needs with product capabilities. Key responsibilities Lead strategic discovery to understand customer goals, business processes, and operational challenges Design and deliver tailored software demonstrations that communicate solution value to senior audiences Collaborate with internal teams on proposals, solution feasibility, and customer engagements to drive successful outcomes Required qualifications Expertise in industry workflows, business processes, and translating insights into value-driven solutions Strong presentation skills with experience presenting to senior and C-level audiences Proven ability to translate complex customer requirements into product-aligned solutions Advanced technical aptitude in software architecture and solution design across multiple product areas Experience managing competing priorities in high-value sales opportunities while delivering quality work
