Required Education and Experience

Preferred Education and Experience

• BSN or ADN with completion of Public Health Nursing coursework
• Two years of outpatient or community health nursing experience

Job Responsibilities

• Perform well-being, environment, and symptom-triage assessments aligned with Child Welfare Practice
• Provide education and support for caregivers and youth
• Collaborate with social workers and interdisciplinary teams
• Ensure timely, accurate documentation
• Participate in quality improvement activities to enhance Child Welfare well-being practices
