Job Opportunity: Founding Veterinarian
Our organization is on the lookout for a Founding Veterinarian to spearhead the establishment of a new, top-tier small animal practice. This role is pivotal in defining medical protocols, fostering a collaborative team atmosphere, and delivering a wide range of care including medical, surgical, dental, and wellness services.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee case management and ensure high-quality patient care.
- Engage with clients to provide education and support.
- Promote a culture centered around compassionate and preventative healthcare.
- Contribute to the development of hospital operations and protocols.
- Mentor and build a cohesive team of veterinary professionals.
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree or equivalent.
- Strong communication skills and a passion for client education.
- Experience in a veterinary practice is preferred.
- Ability to foster a collaborative and supportive team environment.
