About the Role
The Company is seeking an Executive Director to spearhead organizational modernization, continuous improvement, and proactive community outreach. The successful candidate will be responsible for evaluating and leading efforts to modernize processes, systems, and technology to enhance service, efficiency, and sustainability. This includes establishing a culture of continuous improvement, identifying opportunities for automation, and ensuring that technology investments align with strategic priorities. The Executive Director will also be tasked with developing and executing a comprehensive strategy to diversify the organization's funding base, proactively seeking new funding opportunities, and building strong relationships with various stakeholders. Applicants for the Executive Director position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree and/or 5 years' experience in the developmentally disabled field, with a proven track record of effective leadership and strategic growth. The role requires a candidate with strong financial knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a passion for the mission. The ideal candidate will have experience in community, state, and federal services that support individuals with developmental disabilities, and a background in working with boards of directors. The Executive Director must be action-oriented, entrepreneurial, and innovative, with the ability to engage a wide range of stakeholders and cultures. A growth mindset, resilience, and a commitment to the values and mission of the organization are essential.
