Are you friendly, organized, and great with people? We’re looking for a Bilingual English/Spanish Front Office Assistant to join a professional team and serve as the first point of contact for visitors.
What You'll Be Doing
- Welcome guests and help create a positive first impression
- Answer phones, respond to questions, and connect people with the right team members
- Help customers understand available programs and how to get started
- Enter and update information in company systems
- Assist with paperwork, emails, filing, and other office tasks
- Keep the front desk organized and help maintain a smooth daily operation
- Work with a variety of people while handling sensitive information professionally
What We're Looking For
- Bilingual English/Spanish is REQUIRED
- High school diploma or GED
- At least 1 year of professional work experience
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Comfortable learning new computer systems and using Microsoft Office
- Dependable, organized, and able to juggle multiple priorities
- Professional, approachable, and positive attitude
Position Details
$17/hour
Midtown Tulsa
Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM
Must be available to start in September
