Registration Specialist

The Registration Specialist will manage front desk operations, including greeting patients, checking patients in and out, answering phones, scheduling appointments, verifying demographic and insurance information, and collecting payments. Responsibilities also include managing cash and card transactions, maintaining accurate records, coordinating communication between patients and the clinical team, and ensuring the reception area remains organized, professional, and patient-centered. Because this position represents the practice to every patient and caller, outstanding interpersonal skills are essential. The ideal candidate is courteous, empathetic, dependable, and able to multitask while maintaining accuracy, discretion, and a positive demeanor even in busy or stressful situations.
