About the Role
The Company is in search of a Vice President, Solutions Architecture – Americas to spearhead a significant transformation within its technical go-to-market organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting and communicating a clear regional vision, leading the function's transformation, and building an operating system that drives consumption-oriented technical GTM. This role demands a leader who can partner with sales, product, marketing, professional services, and customer success to ensure the business meets its new-business targets. The VP will also be tasked with developing leaders, creating a high-performing culture, and turning field insights into enterprise actions. A key focus will be on connecting technical work to customer value, consumption, and business outcomes, particularly in the context of modernization, AI, cloud, and data platforms. Applicants for the VP, Solutions Architecture – Americas role at the company should have a minimum of 15 years' of relevant experience, with at least 5 years' in a leadership position within a large, multi-region or global technical pre-sales organization. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading transformation in a technical GTM function, deep experience with consumption-based business models, and a strong background in platform or middleware environments. Strong leadership, communication, and executive presence are essential, as is the ability to connect technical strategy to adoption, usage, expansion, and revenue outcomes. The role requires a strategic thinker who can make sound regional decisions while operating within a global mandate and is willing to travel extensively across the Americas.
