The role focuses on advanced cementitious materials projects, requiring extensive laboratory and field expertise to synthesize research results and translate findings into practical testing and analysis procedures. Coordinate resources, execute projects, and manage laboratory and fieldwork effectively. Provide technical leadership and operational oversight for multiple sponsored research projects. Supervise research personnel to ensure compliance, quality, and timely delivery of project outcomes. Salary Minimum: $71,447 | Mid Range: $90,435 | Maximum: $109,422 The final salary will be determined by factors such as qualifications, experience, availability of grant funds, market benchmarks, and internal equity. Experience must involve overseeing laboratory operations, coordinating research projects, and guiding staff to ensure quality, compliance, and timely execution. Preferred Qualifications Master's degree. 4 years of related field and research experience and 2+ years of research engineering experience. OSHA 30 certification and EIT. Equipment Utilized ASTM and AASHTO laboratory testing. Structural Health Monitoring management. Physical Demands Involves physical demands associated with managing various concrete and field-related works. Work Arrangement Position requires fully on-site work arrangement.
