Job Title: Chemical Operator

Responsibilities

• Operate chemical compounding equipment to achieve desired chemical reactions.
• Follow batch sheets closely and document all relevant data.
• Use measuring equipment to weigh raw materials accurately.
• Safely handle and dispose of regulated waste, wastewater, and hazardous materials.
• Perform basic arithmetic operations to ensure correct material amounts and percentages.
• Conduct quality control checks on finished products, in-process materials, and raw materials.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Milwaukee, WI.

The pay range for this position is $23.25 - $28.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Milwaukee, WI.

This position is anticipated to close on Oct 30, 2026.
